As the holidays are fast approaching, we often get questions about custom steak and pork orders. Unlike other steak companies we are able to cut your meat selection to your desired size just as your local butcher would be able to do for you. The benefit is you are able to do this from home! All you need to do is wait for your package to be delivered right to your door.
If there is a specific size cut you are needing and do not see it on our website email us at info@blockncleaver.com and our master butchers will cut your steak or pork to fit your needs. Remember our wet aged steaks are cut fresh the same day your order is shipped.

Hot Links are Here
So after some discussion with my father and brothers I have decided (they have really insisted!) that I add one of our family favorites to the website.
Hot Links have been a staple at our family gatherings. They are a huge hit with friends and my grandfather loves them. These red, short, fat links are a bit unusual looking to say the least. These small links pack quite a punch of taste. My female friends agree there is a spicy kick that makes you feel you can hang with the boys.
There are eight to a package. At 2oz each this gives you a pound of links to enjoy. They truly are not like anything else. We had friends over last week and served the links as an appetizer. Our friends were hooked. Craving some the following day one friend sent his wife to several grocery stores and butchers to find something similar. Once I got word I sent some over, knowing my friend would never find anything close at the store. We are thrilled our customers are adding these great treats to their order when they buy steaks and enjoying the links as much as we do here!

Buy Steak for the Grilling Season
This is our second grilling season here at Block & Cleaver and I could not be more thrilled with our success. I continue to learn more about the meat business, and love being able to do this with the support of my father and two brothers. I knew starting this company that we offered the best steaks online. The question was how was I going to get our name out there and build a great reputation. Thankfully, our loyal customers have helped do that for us. We have many, many customer referrals. Also, those that have received a steak gift from Block & Cleaver have come back and ordered from us again and again. I appreciate all of the wonderful customer feedback we receive.
Not only is selling high quality steak and pork an important part of out company, but also our customer service. It is extremely important to make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied! If there ever is a problem we will always make sure to make it right!
