Shipping Details
Regular Delivery
We use Fed Ex for all deliveries and can not ship to PO Boxes, FPO or APO Boxes. Regular deliveries will be shipped on Monday or Wednesday. Orders received after Noon Central time Tuesday to Noon Central time Friday will be shipped on Monday. Orders received after Noon Central time Friday to Noon Central time Tuesday will be shipped on Wednesday. There is a $25 minimum order. Add $25 for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii which only ship out on Monday.
You can specify a shipping date in the future by adding a note to the shipping instructions. For regular delivery, choose a Monday or Wednesday.

Orders between $25 and $50 are $12.95
Orders between $51 and $100 are $14.95
Orders between $101 and $150 are $19.95
Orders greater than $151 are $25.00

Two Day Express
For an additional $50, we offer Two Day Express. If your order is
placed before 10am Central time, it will be delivered within two business days
not including the day the order is placed. Two Day Express orders will
ship on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday (there are no Saturday,Sunday or
Monday deliveries).
FAQs
Why do you only ship on Monday and Wednesday?
Unlike most online steak stores that ship frozen products, we hand cut all orders the same day they are shipped to provide the freshest product possible. Because we provide the freshest product possible, we need time to prepare the orders. Most online steak stores that ship frozen products cut their meat well ahead of time, and it will sit in a freezer until an order is placed. This is also why we say you can keep your product frozen for up to a year because we know exactly when your steak was cut.
How will the product be packaged?
To provide the freshest product possible your items are freshly cut and
shipped the same day. Your items will be placed in our custom steak boxes, specially packed in a
reusable insulated cooler using dry ice and reusable cooling packs.
The dry ice may have completely evaporated, and the cooling packs and
products may thaw during transit but will remain cold. This does not
change the quality of your product. Simply place the items in your
refrigerator or freezer until you are ready to enjoy.
Can I place a corporate order or an order being sent to multiple addresses?
Yes you can and have a few options! Shipping costs will vary depending on the size of the order.

What is the best way to store my steaks?
Vacuum packed products should be kept in their original packaging until you are ready to enjoy them. Steaks can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week, but should be frozen right away if they will not be consumed within the week; they can be kept frozen for up to one year but are best if used within three months. For best flavor, juiciness and texture, we recommend enjoying your vacuum packed steaks within the same week of receipt. If you do decide to freeze your items, let them defrost in the refrigerator for approximately 12 hours prior to cooking them.
Do I need to be home to accept the FedEx package?
We do not require a signature for delivery which means the package will be left at your door. Please ensure someone will be able to refrigerate the products the same day its delivered especially during the hot summer months. We are aware that you may not be able to refrigerate your delivery immediately and have designed the packaging accordingly. We are not responsible for deliveries that are not properly handled.
When can I expect my package to arrive?
This map will give you an idea of when you can expect your Regular Delivery package to be delivered. Remember, regular delivery is shipped on Mondays and Wednesdays. FedEx does not count the shipping day as a transit day. For example, if you live in Wisconsin and your order ships on Monday, you can expect your package to be delivered on Wednesday.
