	Shipping and Packaging Of Your Steak Order All packages are shipped using FedEx. You will receive a FedEx tracking number with your shipment notification so you are able to monitor your package. All product is sealed individually in Cryovac packaging and placed in our Block & Cleaver Steak Box. When then put your order in a reusable Styrofoam cooler with dry ice and or a reusable cooling pack. In the warmer summer months we also use a thermal bag. The dry ice may have completely evaporated, and the cooling packs and products may thaw during transit but will remain cold. This does not change the quality of your product. Simply place the items in your refrigerator or freezer until you are ready to enjoy. Each Shipment includes: Order invoice Gift Message Cooking Tips Regular Delivery Shipping Details Block & Cleaver uses Fed Ex for all perishable deliveries. Gift Certificates are shipped via USPS. We are not able to ship to PO Boxes, FPO or APO Boxes. Please add an additional $25 for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii which only ship out on Monday. We do not require a signature for delivery which means the packages can be left at any exterior door. Please ensure someone will be able to refrigerate the products as soon as possible especially during the hot summer months. We are aware that you may not be able to refrigerate your delivery immediately and have specially designed the packaging accordingly. If you do not plan to enjoy your items right away, please place them in the freezer. We are not responsible for deliveries that are not properly handled. A shipping charge will apply to each "Ship to" address. Discounts are available when shipping to multiple addresses. If your package is scheduled to ship on a Holiday it will go out the following day. You may specify a shipping date in the special shipping instructions. It must be a Monday or Wednesday. All orders being shipped to a business address will ship out on Monday. When will my order ship: Order Date / Time Shipping Date Between 12:01pm CT Tuesday and noon CT Friday Monday Between 12:01pm CT Friday and noon CT Tuesday Wednesday Shipping to a business address - noon CT Friday Monday Two Day Express Shipping Details For an additional $30, we offer Two Day Express. If your order is placed before 10am Central time, it will be delivered in two business days not including the day the order is placed. Two Day Express orders will ship on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday (there are no Saturday, Sunday or Monday deliveries).
